Playoff teams are determined by the following:
The two teams with the best records receive a BYE in the first round of the playoffs (Week 15) as the 1 and 2 seeds. They will play the winners of Round 1 in the second round of the playoffs (Week 16).
The two teams with the next best records get the 3 and 4 seeds and will play against the Wildcard teams in the first round of the playoffs.
The two remaining teams with the most Points For are Wildcards. They play against the 3 and 4 seeds in the first round of the playoffs.
Tie breaker for 2 teams with the same record is Points For.
